TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

-These are the artist's terms and conditions for art commissions. By commissioning the artist, you automatically agree to these terms.
-The artist has the right to turn down a commission for any reason.
-The artist has the right to post the commission, unless the commissioner prefers not to.
-No refunds will be allowed once I've started with the commisson.
-The commissioned artworks are not to be used for commercial use.
-The artist's work shall NOT be used for AI training or NFTs.
-The artist's work is not to be modified. Don't don't trace, don't edit, don't recolour, and don't alter my artwork.

PAYMENTS

-I accept payment through Revolut, PayPal and Stripe. (Ko-fi if you're not used to commissioning, to make things easier for you)
-Payment is required upfront before I start working in your commission. -A percentage of the payment can be paid upfront and then the rest must be paid BEFORE I send your completed commission.

The artist WILL do:

-Anthro characters
-Protogens
-SFW art
-Suggestive art
-Bara art

The artist WON'T do:

-NSFW art (Purry Forn)
-Humans
-Anything that promotes hate speech
-AI/NFT training

TURNAROUNDTIME

I aim to complete commissions within 7 to 14 days (1 to 2 weeks) from the date I start working on your piece. However, the timeline may vary based on:
-Commission complexity
-Current queue
-Personal schedule (e.g., college obligations)
-Communication delaysThe artist will keep the commissioner updated throughout the process with work-in-progress shots. If for any reason the artsist encounters a delay, he will notify you as soon as possible.Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Major changes requested after sketch approval may incur an additional fee.

HOW TO COMMISSION

Step 1:
Send a direct message (on Telegram, or dm on any socials the artist is available on) and describe to me what you'd like for me to do for yah. Attach ref images or character ref sheets.Step 2:
I will respond with a greeting, ask you necessary questions related to the commission, and give you the cost of the commission.Step 3:
We continue to the payment process and I add your commission to the waiting list. (Which you'll be able to view on Trello. The icon to the far right of my socials at the top of the page.)
